One week on Lenzetto, two sprays per day, and I have started breakthrough bleeding. I know it is a common side effect but it is heavier than spotting. Wondering if others had this, how long it lasted and whether most people start on one or two sprays? My main symptoms were irritability and fatigue, just wonder if one spray might be a better place to begin..
