I'm looking to a female online health coach. I want them to be over 50 though, to understand how it feels to age.
any suggestions?

Google is your friend. Depends what you're looking for- a dietician, a personal trainer? Most coaches give their details but to be honest they don't need to be over 50 as they aren't there to share their own experiences, as part of helping you.

There are a lot of national directories listing coaches - have you tried those?

It depends what you want- someone to keep you on track or specialist dietary or exercise advice?
