Moving from Femoston 1/10 to Femoston conti

Hello.
I have been on Femoston 1/10 since age 55 and now nearly 59. (Was still having periods at 55 hence sequential).
Went for health check up. All seems well and although discussed transdermal, as (touch wood) fit, healthy late 50s person going to move to Femoston conti at end of current tablets as been happy with tablets. Obviously, will review as required.
I know tablets not so popular but anyone done similar to me and how did it go?
As an aside...my cholesterol levels have gone down since age 53 health check (which might be coincidence) and I recently tripped and bashed my ribs and inadvertently tested my bone density (!). I was very lucky nothing cracked or broken (again could be nothing to do with hrt but maybe it is. I am a slight build).
Anyone else happy with tablet form hrt/ experience of Femoston conti?
Thanks.

I’ve been on Femiston conti for about 5 years, having previously been on another Femiston (sequi?) previously. No problems at all. I did try going down in strength at the same time but my hot flushes returned quite quickly so I went back to the equivalent dose.

I can’t use patches as I developed an allergy to the adhesive.

Thanks. I am on sequential femoston 1/10 at the moment. I think he said conti 1/5 not 1/2.5 but didn't listen properly! I will see when do my repeat I guess unless check.
Changing as assuming periods would have stopped by now and conti more appropriate for my age. GP suggestion that I change.

Sorry, wrote doses wrong there! One conti is lower for both oestrogen and progesterone than other I know...

Going to start ultra low Femoston conti (0.5/ 2.5) tomorrow. So, drop in dose from 1/10 sequential.
I'll let you know how I go...
Bit nervous at drop but hey ho...Time will tell!
