Does anyone still take Kliovance HRT?

Ive been taking it for about 15 years. The GP now wants me to move to a progesterone gel and utrigestan 100 ml daily.
I love Kliovance though. It stopped my menopause symptoms and I have zero side effects. The gel and tablet sounds so faffy.
I Understand that the breast cancer risk is lower and the cardio protection better but…

If you are over 60 it's pretty much mandatory to come off tablet form to avoid the clot risk.

Estrogen gel is fine- slap it on in the morning and that's it. Take 1 tablet at night.

I take it, doc told me I could take it until I turn 60
