Hello. I’m on HRT for peri symptoms. Mirena and 2 pumps of gel. Moved from 1 pump (have adeno so started low) and now on 2. Since I moved to 2 pumps I have had a lot of nasal congestion/blocked nose. I don’t normally have hayfever and an antihistamine doesn’t help. See. An ENT and had camera up nose. No issues there. I’m guessing hormone related! Anybody else suffered this. Don’t know whether to reduce or up my estrogen. Any advice/similar stories?
