Anyone found collagen useful for body aches?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on literally anything that would help relieve body aches? I'm having a phone appointment with the nurse this week as I think I'm starting perimenopause as got lots of aches as well as quite a few other symptoms. Was going to ask her if there's anything other than hrt that I could try and saw collagen can help with muscle and bone strength. Has anyone tried it?

Bumping for you as Im interested too.

I cut out sugar for a week as it’s an inflammatory, and my joints were much better.

Seven seas cod liver oil capsules also do the trick for me.

I keep caving and having sugary things but hope to go back in a restricted sugar diet soon!

Oh I could try that too. My problem is white bread although I've been cutting down on it. I think it's the peri anxiety but I keep thinking "what if there's something wrong with me" cos I ache but I'm sure it's too much of a coincidence to be 45 and have other symptoms too. Be so glad when I get my women's health phone appointment! Just hope she can help me
