Delaying ultragestan

Hello ,
I am currently delaying my progesterone until 12th of the month , I usually take it the beginning of the month . I spoke to my doctor about delaying it as I didn’t want to take it on holiday as it makes me sleepy and drowsy , I would like to enjoy the odd glass of wine .. anyway doctor said it’s fine so I am trying to adjust it this month as holiday is a couple of months away . I started bleeding today and I normally get the withdrawal bleed towards the end of taking it .. not sure what is going on with periods but wondering ifs my normal cycle .

Yeah you’ll likely get bleeding and spotting. If I miss my progesterone I’m all over the place bleeding wise.

why not take it at night if you get drowsy

I do take it at night . I am also more anxious when taking it so I’m trying to avoid that on holiday ..
