Is this a thing?
it’s sore underneath and on the bottom of my mouth in my salivary glands.
What should I do to get rid of it?

You might want to have a google of Sjögren’s syndrome. It often affects menopausal aged women and is thought to be under diagnosed (I have it). If you think you have it see your GP and ask for a referral to rheumatology. There are dry mouth / sore tongue things they can prescribe. In the meantime Biotene mouthwash (Amazon) is very good and ginegel products.

Tongues have glands that can become sore if you have a virus. Are they slightly red patches? Your dentist is a good person to ask.

It just feels dry and tight underneath I suppose. It’s not got sores on there. If that makes sense ?
