Can I use my patches to somehow delay my period for a week?

You wouldn’t normally bleed at all on Evorel Conti.

Women are given continuous HRT preparations when they haven’t bled for a year naturally, or have been on cyclical HRT for a year. If you’re still having periods on Conti you need your HRT reviewing.

Oh OK - you could just run your oestrogen only patches together whilst you're away and 'skip' a progesterone phase. It would mean you'd be out of sync with your patches though.
