Today I have been prescribed Testogel. My testosterone was 0.4nmol. I have absolutely no idea what that means in real terms apart from it unlocked Testogel for me!
I am really pinning my hopes on this being the magic ingredient that is missing. I’m on Evorel 75 now too. So hopefully I might see an increase in my energy. Has anyone got any advice or positive stories please?
I was wondering if there is a time of day when it’s best to apply? Or can I put some on tonight to get kick started and then put it on in a morning after my shower?
I have struggled on for years now and just couldn’t go on living like I was. I’ll be 50 this year and honestly have felt desperate at times even just getting through the day.

Roughly same amount at same time of day. Rub it into your arm or thigh or wherever. Dries v quickly. Not sure how much of a difference it’s made for me.

It’s not an instant fix it’s a gradual change my menopause specialist told me to give it a good six months before deciding if I was benefiting from it.

I would start low and increase gradually, so if prescribed daily start at once or twice weekly and increase as ime it can make you feel a bit wired initially. Also, take on a morning as it may interfere with sleep.
Took a few weeks until I felt any benefit. Energy levels improved plus libido and response back to pre meno levels.

Thanks ladies. That’s good to know. Yeah I’ve gone with putting it on on a morning as I did wonder about it affecting my sleep - which needs no further help to be affected!
Im really hoping this is the key to feeling like I have more energy. I’m 49 - this can’t be it, feeling this way for the rest of my life?!
