I have HRT in the form of a marina coil and Oestrogel 1 pump

I've been taking the above HRT for about 2.5 years and had some benefit ie less night swears but over the last week my breasts and nipples have become very painful. I'm extremely anxious and so tearful. We've experienced 5 significant losses in the kast 4 years which I'm sure has exacerbated how I'm feeling.
I've tried an additional half a pump of Oestrogel to see if this helps to level things out. I'm not sure. I also struggle with tinnitus and vertigo. Can anyone recommend anything please 🙏. A struggling 51 year old menopausal lady. PS I'm definitely not pregnant!

Sounds like you might need to have your oestrogel dose increased. Have a chat with your doctor
