Aching muscles and so tired ALL the time

Its driving me mad. I do a lot of exercise but always have and have never ached or been this tired constantly before. Im running on empty and achey. Cant stop sleeping.

Im on 2 pumps of HRT gel and testosterone (not sure the testosterone is doing anything to be honest).

The gel helped loads for 2 months and now I've gone worse again with these aches and fatigue.

Anyone else experienced this? Maybe I need to increase the gel?

Do you also have some form of progesterone? Important to reduce risk of endometrial build up/cancer I think.
I also have to watch blood sugar and take a lot of supplements including magnesium. Have changed from intensive cardio dominant exercise to weights and dog walks, would like to swim too. Have sports massages to try to keep everything mobile, also have a PT mobility plan that I do on non gym days.
Good luck, I will watch this thread and be absolutely delighted if some clever person comes up with a simple solution.

Oh and I had to raise my oestrogen too (I am on 4 pumps of Lenzetto a day, think that might be same as 4 pumps of gel).

Thanks. I have a mirena coil for protegsteron.

Ill look into getting some magnesium and ask gp about upping my dose.

I do endurance swimming and weight training but struggling to get through sessions with zero energy.

I have also started fasting: 2 x 36 hours a week. I find I sleep really well after fasting days and that gives me more energy. But nothing like energy my kids have. Or that I used to have.

Oh yes - I’m so sore all the time! I lift weights and run and cycle and it’s definitely worse after higher intensity exercise. I’m on extra magnesium and tumeric supplements but not sure they make a difference.
