First month on HRT - enough vaginal bleeding to need a tampon

Im on Boltin 2.5 mg - tablet form.

Any chance this is a typo?
No such tablet as Boltin.

Is this for peri or post menopause? Is it supposed to give you a monthly vaginal bleed? What does the patient leaflet advise?

Phone your GP I don’t know. Mine settled down after 3 months.

If you look online there is usually a lot of information about side effects and what to expect in the first few months. I think Livial is also known here as Tibolone. Have a google and it might help put your mind at rest while you ait for your GP.
