Hi has any one tried this supplement / I take HRT post menopausal at 56 and still anxiety , flat, sleep, bloat and worrying my main concerns and I take a multitude of vits - wondering about trying to cut down / combine my multi vit, magnolia rhodiola, vit d, magnesium and probiotic. It’s expensive ! The only one I really notice the difference with if I don’t take it magnolia rhodiola - victoria health supplement- any one tried happy Mammoth ?

I used that one for a year or so and definitely found it helped. However, eventually I felt it wasn't quite doing enough and started HRT.

If you do go for it, keep a really close eye on the subscription frequency. It's easy to pause/change it but also easy to forget and get too many arriving!

@Itsbeenalongoldday My opinion is that HM is all smoke and mirrors.
There is no evidence that any of these vitamin formulas work. There was a programme on BBC Radio 4 about this a few weeks back(at 12pm - lunchtime-ish) and they discussed it in depth with a doctor.

I posted a thread on it if you want to search and you can listen again on iPlayer.)

Who knows, but personally I wouldn't bother if you already take HRT x

I tried this for a month (I'm already on HRT) and thought it did precisely nothing, so didn't bother continuing with it. It's expensive too, so IMO it needs to work.

I use this and it definitely helps my bloating but nothing else. If I stop taking it I get bloated
