So im 49 and have have had symptoms of the big M lol no one tells you the little things like bleeding gums and blimey i forget everything lol but the aches n pains are ridiculous, i have siatica atm and thinking where the hell did u come from lol the meno belly holy crap is driving me nuts even thou i walk and love swimming....days i feel great and others like a rolling walrus lol

This is my trouble with trying to decide if I'm peri, EVERYTHING is a symptom. My 22 yo dd is peri according to my app.

I think the only way to truly decide is to try hrt and see what goes away.

Bovine collagen appears to have greatly improved my joint ache. I won't know for sure til I finish the bag and take a break.

Everything sure is lol i cant take hrt due to blood clots so i been taking citroplam (not spelt right) they really have helped me with my moods but my body is a different level lol not everyday but most and i just say oh big M here today lol i dont even know what i am as i havent had a period for about 8 years due to nova sure on womb so i dont know what stage it is but i been this way for about 2 years or more

Don't take a break. Every time I run out of collegen the joint thing creeps back quicker than I would like.
