Does anyone get this? I have it every so often and really unpleasant. I’m using ibuprofen to manage the pain but still feel quite rubbish. Anyone else experience this and any advice? Thanks

I did and I think it was food intolerances that can increase in peri menopause. I cut out wheat and lactose and my bloating and abdominal pain really improved. Might be worth seeing if your abdominal pain coincides with any foods.

Where is the pain exactly?

You should see your GP and get some tests /scans for your bowel and ovaries.
Don't just assume it's menopause.
