Vagina suddenly gone really dry

First my period was over 2 weeks late and shorter/lighter than usual. I was hoping for more sex when wasn't bleeding for 8 days every 4 weeks but now my vagina has suddenly lost all lubrication. Is there anything I can do. Anything that doesn't involve the gp would be good as there is a 2 month wait to see the gp at my Dr surgery.

What do you already do/have to help your symptoms?

You can buy lubricated jellies off the shelf in the meantime but you need a GP and HRT

Thank you. I haven't done anything yet as it only started this morning. I'll book a gp appointment tomorrow and get some lubrication stuff in the meantime.
