Day 5 on Sandrena. Is this normal?

sandena (1mg) is this normal? Shall I persevere?

I use it at night. Though my sleep is better. Today especially I feel dreadful.

bad belly.
shaky.
nausea
heart rate has been quite high all day >110 which is making me feel awful

also really suffering with hay fever

is it the Sandrena? Shall I just persevere?
im alternating thighs. Chose to do it at night cos I work shifts and my next run is all day shifts. When is best to use it?

I also have mirena.

I honestly feel ten times worse and I was kinda hoping it would help me feel better 😭

Reduce the dose. I know it's a sachet but you can use half. It's better to start slowly and build up.

It doesn't matter when you apply it- it stays in your system and should give a steady amount over 24 hours.
