Hi, I am 51 and on the mini pill I have started having periods on it. Has any one else had this and could it be signs off menopause ? Also I have started having night sweats every night and in the day.

46 here, no hormonal interventions. Yes, mild sweats and aches, all normal. There are 3 stages of perimenopause, early, mid, late. You can list your symptoms and analyse where in the journey.

My hair has also thinned out terrible over the last 3 years
