Yes. The bloat is real as is tiredness. Love to say it’s gone away after six months on it but no…

Are you taking them all month or for 2 weeks of the month? My body had always responded badly to progesterone and made me feel awful even when having a normal menstural cycle. I take just estrogen patches for 2 weeks then for 2 weeks i take the estrogen and progesterone . I knpw some drs like the progesterone and estrogen all the time but mine is ok with the just estrogen 2 weeks. Ts the only way i can tolerate progesterone.

Have you tried taking evening primrose oil and magnesium? Its helped me a lot with symptoms when im in the progesterone phase both with periods and with hrt. Some women react really badly to progesterone me being one and as i had to put up with it i went to a herbalist and it has helped though it hasnt taken it away completely. It takes a couple of months for it to kick in. Its the GLA in the primrose oil it that helps and the mangnesium helps with sleep and relaxing tension.

That sounds very helpful! I did try magnesium but then forgot to take it… perhaps the perimenopause striking again! Will give primrose oil a try.

Hope you get some advice… I’m a bit useless for your thread!
