Funny foot sensation

Unsure if this is due to humidity or hormones?

Due on period anytime now.

Humid weather today and been wearing sandals most of the day.

Right foot is aching and throbbing. Can't say for sure if it's swollen, possibly slightly bloated on the top of the foot.

Sandals are fastened on the slackest setting.

Keep an eye on it. I had this, I ignored it until it got really red and painful. I ended up with cellulitis and a trip to A&E. It probably isn’t, it maybe just your sandals if you’ve done a lot of walking but it’s worth watching it. Mine was swollen on the top as well.

Be very careful, it could be a dvt or blocked artery, so better to get it checked.

Thanks I am keeping an eye on it.

Feels a lot better since I plunged it into cold water and now keeping it elevated.
