Hey ladies..
Advice please..
Im 44 this year...
Been having a weird off balance feeling for a year now..
Started after travelling and was so bad & has let off but still there & definitely seems worse around pmt/period & after
Had some hair loss, periods started coming a bit earlier too..
This off balance feeling is the worst though..
Doctor suggested hrt & gave these patches, I've not tried yet..
Oh & I've seen ent & had all the tests etc, nothing wrong, no vitamin probs and hormones ok when checked but dr said hard to tell..
Any advice? X

I’m not sure whether this helps but from about 45 onwards I started feeling odd, not unwell but just not right. Tired, brain fog, migraines, dizzy, anxious. I was still managing ok at work and exercising etc but didn’t think everything was okay. I went on HRT just to see what was hormonal and what wasn’t. It didn’t sort everything out overnight but after a few months most of the symptoms cleared up. Can’t say I feel significantly better but I’m back to the old me.

I started on Evorel sequi.

Hi lovely
Thank you so much for you're time in replying. It means alot..
Yes I'm the same, I'm not really hot flushes or heavy periods etc but just not myself & worse days then others..
I think maybe its time I try these.
May I ask did you start on the 1st day of period?
Also how are youre periods now on these etc..
Only reason i ask are mine aren't heavy at the mo & around every 26 days.
Xx

I’m on Evorel Sequi too. First patch went on the first day of my period. I’m on my 5th box of patches now. My periods have been irregular since I had the contraceptive implant 2.5 years ago (2-3 bleeds a month) and this hasn’t changed since starting the patches. Definitely feel much better for the patches!
