I use loads of Hydromol OP . Dont use anything to wash with , just water and Hydromol then put it on aplenty after you have washed .

What pessary and moisturiser are you using and how often? I'm using ovestin cream 3 times a week internally and externally, and once or twice a week externally only. On other days I use Yes vaginal moisturiser. The instructions say to use ovestin twice a week, but you can use it more often if needed to keep your symptoms under control

Another checking the pessery- I used boots one and it’s been life changing- have also upped the amount pg water I’m drinking, eating more oily food and putting my legs up daily (!) and staying off feet where possible (just suggestions in case any help)

@cleo333 You probably need to use more vaginal estrogen.
I've mentioned this a few times...but not everyone reads everything here.. the previous version of Vagifem was 25mcgs then it was changed a few years ago to just 10mcgs- less than half the dose. But the number of applications per week wasn't changed.

So, many women find they need to use it more than twice a week.

That's the first thing you should try- use it every other day (about 4 x a week.)

Replens gets very poor reviews. YES brand is better and the one recommended by gynaecologists.

Thanks my oestrogen patch has dropped by half so maybe that’s causing it too . I’ll try yrs again
