Ovestin

Hi , I use ovestin twice a week , I tend to feel itchy without it . Do any of you use a cream on top to ease discomfort ? I’m looking for a brand that hasn’t got too many ingredients
Any recommendations please?

There has been some proper research on this by gynaecologists- it's all online but takes a bit of finding. YES came out the best but you can use Ovestin more than 2 x a week anyway.

You can use it with vaginal estrogen.

As JinglingSpringbells says, you can use ovestin more than twice a week. If you're itchy, it sounds like you need to use it more often.

YES is a good brand - I'd suggest you use their intimate wash as well as their moisturiser. I buy direct from their website, or you can find their products on Amazon.
