I'm almost 41.
My periods are still regular but some months are now 30 days, some 26 (i used to always be 28 days exactly).
My hair is falling out
My brain feels like mush - i forget words, say sentences jumbled up (go to your hands and wash the toilet), I go to the glass cupboard to get a bowl etc.
I'm angry
Night sweats
Absolutely no interest in sex
I'm exhausted!

Is this the start of menopause? Do I just have to put up with it or is it worth seeing my GP even tho my cycle is still regular?

@Dumpyjo funnily enough I was going to post something similar. Also 41 and all the same symptoms you're mentioning. I had bloodwork done 3 months ago and all normal so Dr said if wasn't perimenopause. But I'm not convinced.

Sounds like it could well be. Oestrogen levels certainly start falling in your 40s. You could request a blood test to find out for sure and then you can start making informed decisions about how you want to progress through your 40s and beyond.

Thanks. I'll try and get an appointment.
