Sequential HRT, when do you get your period?

Just curious when people are having their withdrawal bleeding on sequential HRT?

So far, two months running, I've got it on day 8 of taking oral progesterone. This isn't what I was expecting, I thought it would happen a few days after stopping my 12 days of progesterone. I guess I'm wondering if this is my old cycle reappearing (I went from a 24 day cycle to a 90 plus day cycle almost overnight prior to HRT) or if this is simply my response to the progesterone.

Has anyone else experienced similar?

Additional question: do you still get cramps etc if it's a withdrawal bleed?
