I’m on a few menopause Facebook pages and a lot of the American posters post about also taking testosterone as well as HRT. I don’t hear it talked about so much in the U.K. - has anyone looked in to it or tried it?

Thanks everyone - has anyone found it has helped with stopping muscle wasting? I’ve been a regular exerciser my whole adult life but still can’t stop the muscle deterioration.

I haven't noticed any muscle issues at all. I'm still ripped on my arms and shoulders.

I have lost muscle on my legs but I've had a lot of surgery meaning I had to stop exercising heavily for almost a year. Upper body has come back much faster.

I've been using it for two years though I sometimes forget at the weekend!

Not had the blindest bit of impact on my brain function!

Has anyone taken it for improved libido due to SSRIs killing it and it’s been effective?

No Idea but you would need to have your testosterone levels checked before taking extra. Otherwise you might not like the side effects overly high levels could give you.
