Oestrogen gel - less effective towards end of bottle?

I use 3 pumps oestrogel every day and I'm getting on great with it. Been on it for 9 months. In the last week or so, I noticed some symptoms coming back - brain fog, tiredness, aches and pains in the morning. I was coming towards the end of the oestrogel bottle - I know they are supposed to be equal doses but I swear the pumps get smaller towards the end of the bottle. I started a new bottle a few days ago and I'm feeling much better already

Anybody noticed this issue?

It's not really an issue- just pump a tiny bit more out if you feel the reduced 'blobs' mean you get side effects.
You can press the plunger down a tiny bit and get a small blob out.
