Evorel sequi and irregular periods

I’ve been on Evorel Sequi for about 2 years - my periods settled into the routine for a little while but for the past 6 months I either don’t get a period or I get it in week 3 or 4 whilst still on the conti patches. Periods not particularly heavy. I also sometimes get some spotting inbetween. I thought I was supposed to get a period at the end of the conti patches - but this doesn’t seem a regular thing. I just can’t make any sense of it all. Does anyone else have these problems? Spoken to GP who has said wait and see if it settles but it worries me.

I actually like the patches too so happy to stay on them - I just don’t have periods when I supposed to - it’s a bit confusing as in the info it says you’ll get a bleed in wk 4 but most say you’ll get a bleed when you finish conti patch - who knows? It’s all a mystery to me!

I went back to the GP because my periods went crazy with Sequi. Sometimes 3 months, sometimes 12 days.

I’m now on a tiny patch with additional capsules daily and oestrogen cream internally twice a week.
