I have been on Oestrogel for a couple of years now - two pumps a day. It works great and all the sweats, anxiety etc have gone, so all good. But I find that when the Spring comes and I start taking antihistamines for hay-fever, I feel like my HRT stops working! I have now stopped taking the hay-fever tablets as would rather have itchy eyes than night sweats.
I cannot find anything about this online, but am sure I am not imagining it. Has anyone else noticed hay-fever tablets interfering with their HRT?
