Hot flashes at same time each day ?

I am 49 and most definitely perimenopausal ( last period either February or March- I can't remember) and have been having hot flashes/flushes for the last couple of weeks. They seem to occur at the same time every day to the extent I could set my watch my them ( including over night) I have tried less caffiene/ spicy food made absolutely no difference at all
In case anyone cares :
I have none in the morning then have them at :
2:20
3:40
5pm ish

Sometimes one as I go to bed (9:30 ish) and wake between 2:30 and 3am with night sweats.
Is this normal ?

There is no 'normal' in peri, really. If it's normal for you, that's okay.

I used to have them every hour. Reached for the HRT then!

I'm having them hourly, all day. They're worse when I'm in company for some reason, or maybe they just seem worse because it's embarrassingly obvious. It's good that you can time them, I'd prefer that, as at least you can work round them to some extent.

That’s pretty much what I had.

i also reached for the HRT - got fed up washing bedding fucking constantly

Thanks for your replies, thinking about HRT- just thought I'd start keeping a record and surprised that they seemed to happen at the same time, wondered if this was others' experiences.
