Perimenopause Cramping

Day 60 and no bleed but cramping and sore boobs. Anyone else had this? Been taking precautions for a week thinking this is it but nothing! Am on HRT waiting for day one to change back to sequential patches but it’s not happening 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes. I have only had one sodding period this year. But every month, when I am due I get all the symptoms I usually get. The cramping, the low mood and restlessness, the sore boobs but no bleed. Its bloody irritating as you always need to be on standby in case you start. I have no idea when, or if, my next period is coming 😖

Day 63 here and boobs are very tender. I'm aged 48
