Can I change the timing of my progesterone?

I use oestrogel and progesterone tablets. I take the tables for 12 days from the same day each month and usually have 4 days of bleeding from about day 9 or 10.

Can I move it a week forward this month to be more convenient (I'll be on holiday when the bleeding is due)?

Will it work and does it matter health wise?

Yes.
It's ok.

I do this. It's through a consultant and they give me a lot of flexibility to move days. All I'd add is that I do have annual scans (privately)
to check everything out because sometimes I do a longer cycle.

But you can do it because very few women have a natural cycle bang on 4 weeks.

Pre HRT I used to have long natural cycles, going closer to 35 days than 28.

Enjoy your holiday!

So is it better to wait and take the tablets when I get back, or take them early that month and try and have the bleed before I go?

It's your choice.

I tend to wait another week as a 3-week cycle means you'll be bleeding soon after the previous bleed stops.
