I’ve had a migrainey headache since Saturday, I’ve got the sniffles and a tickle throat and I feel awful. I’ve been taking hay fever tablets since it started and it has helped a bit. I’ve never had allergy symptoms this bad and I know I’m in perimenopause so wonder if that has an impact. I know that if I speak to a local GP, they will say my hormones are fine. I have loads of symptoms and they just say my hormones are optimum as per my last check in January so get lost basically. I only have a peri diagnosis because I went private but I can’t afford to do that now. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
