Rash from Femseven Conti

Hi, I recently started using Femseven Conti but I've noticed that if I get warm eg a shower or bath my skin underneath the patch goes red and feels a bit uncomfortable. In normal day to day use they are fine, it's like the heat/wet triggers a reaction.

Also where the patch was previously turns a really obvious red rectangle shape when I have a shower even though I removed it a few days ago.

I got my DH to inspect my buttocks 😂 and he said if looks like lots of little red dots in the rectangular shape of the patch.

Has anyone else has this? Will I still be absorbing the hrt? I've never had any issues with plasters etc previously.

You’ll know if you aren’t absorbing the oestrogen as you’ll get symptoms returning, but you are probably allergic to the adhesive. Can you try a different brand?

I get a slight itch and redness from Evorel.

I swapped from evorel conti (because I suspected they were causing me insomnia) and I definitely feel more achy on femseven conti and less energised.

I wasn't sure if that was to do with a different type of progesterone and a lower progesterone to oestrogen ratio though.

Is there anyone out there who had a similar problem and persevered and the rashes stopped?
At this point I'm not sure to keep going incase it gets better, or try a different type.
