Following as these have been popping up on my feed too , reviews are good but I don’t know anybody IRL who’s tried them

I bought them! Am on week 3 i think now. I do feel like I have more energy and focus. But that could also be because I’ve been making other lifestyle changes, going to the gym, low carbing etc… it’s also been sunny!

I had a much less painful period this month too - am peri so they had been really hurting for a while now. I can keep updating here if helpful? I think most things take a few weeks to make a big difference.
They taste like raspberry sweets. I’m a bit annoyed they have sugar in. But the company say they are looking into alternatives.

If they are microdose magic mushrooms then sadly actual scientific research has shown they have no effect other than placebo.

If you have a proper dose that can have an effect but microdosing is a waste of money. Shame because it's a great sounding idea and mushrooms are great.

They are NOT magic mushrooms! 🙄

Stopped taking them. Not sure they did anything and they are full of sugar!

I get so many posts about these and other miracle cures on SM it's driving me crazy! It's literally every other post on FB and Insta atm.

I tried these and then the lions mane tablets. The lions mane seemed better but could well just be placebo. Certainly no enormous difference
