Just wondering how to manage it - off to Thailand next week - night flight so can take my progesterone at "normal" night time c2200. Arrive in Bangkok c12 hours later so can do the gel but it's 1500 their time. I can't stay on that regime of gel mid afternoon and then I'd need to take progesterone in the middle of the night.

What do other folk do? Do you just go cold turkey and miss an afternoon gel to get back onto a morning/night routine?

Take it in your hand luggage so you don't risk losing it.

If you usually take the progesterone before bed take it before your flight (or when you are going to sleep) and then before bed on your 1st night on holiday and then each evening. Assuming you usually apply your gel in the morning and will have had it the morning you fly, apply it 24 hours later (ish) during your flight and then the following morning when you wake up in your hotel.

Missing a dose or having less than 24 hours between doses isn't usually a problem.

Have a lovely holiday!
