Evorel Sequi help

Hi, I have been taking evorel sequi since mid December. At the time they were prescribed I was on day 5 of my period. The GP said that's good, you need to start them within 5 days so start today, which I did. I was having cycles generally between 25-29 days with random 33 or 39 day cycles. Since starting the patch they are now starting around day 26, however I am confused as I am getting them around the end of the evorel 50 patch, so as I am at the start of a bleed I am starting to use the evorel conti and on reading up on this, it's the wrong way round! So I'm due to go on holiday in June and as things stand I'm due the bleed toward the end of my holiday and I was hoping to stall it so I'm not heavy bleeding my last 2 days and on the plane. However all the advice I've read centres around taking the evorel conti for longer as it's meant to be the withdrawal of progesterone that starts the bleed, but that's not what's happening for me. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

You just use the patches 2 weeks oestrogen only, followed by the 2 weeks combined patch, regardless of when your period arrives.
