HI. I've just been told by my specialist to move from the mirena to utrogestran as part of my progesterone HRT. Specialist thinks I'm sensitive to the synthetic progesterone in mirena and am getting no benefits, only side effects and persistent bleeding. Has anybody successfully found the mirena disagrees with them but got on ok with utrogestran?
