Just wondered if anyone has tried this, I'm fed up of heavy legs, hot flushes, sensory overwhelm and generally feeling slightly irritated. I've heard lots of good things about it and I'm intending to up my exercise too. There are lots of things going on in my life that I need to try and retain focus on so there is no harm in trying!

If any of these things worked as well as HRT they'd be prescribed or suggested by specialists. Mostly, they are a mix of vitamins and herbs that aren't proven to work, except as a placebo for some women.

There are lots of women who can't use HRT or who simply want a natural alternative. I have been on Happy Mammoth for 8 months now and have seen some improvements to my mood and a reduction in weight around my tummy however it hasn't done much for my brain fog so I'm thinking of switching to Dr Vegan.
