Best all body moisturiser for meno skin please , stopped hrt and the only symptom I have now is itchy skin , legs arms driving me mad 😡

I'm on hrt but I think it needs upping as symptoms breaking through again. The itch is driving me flipping bananas

My legs used to itch but that stopped.

Now my face itches - does anyone else have itchy facial skin?

Mine is light itchiness and light to moderate redness on the face and neck. They usually last for a week. I use aloe vera juice and sunflower oil.

Checking in… it’s my back, shoulders, head, face…. Can’t sleep for scratching! I’d love some advice too. Not allowed HRT😒

I have a cold fan blowing on my legs all night. That seems to help me a bit.
