Decided to stop hrt but just need to know how

Hi all
for various reasons I’m going to come off the hrt - I want to see how I am without it now that the vaginal estrogen has sorted out any problems I was having. It’s been 6 months. Do I need to wait till the end of the progesterone tablets which are day 14-28? Or can I just stop now? I’m only using one pump of estrogen a day

Probably best to ask your doctor or seek advice from 111, rather than on here.

@keeponplodding7 You should complete the cycle to shed the womb lining. So stop the estrogen after the last progesterone tablet.
