I’m 42 and for around a year have been frequently getting a sudden hot, red face whilst at the same time having chills and freezing cold extremities.
It always happens between 2pm and 3pm. I can almost set a clock by it. Never get sweaty with it but I’m not really a sweaty person.
Does this sound typical for hot flushes? I don’t think I have any other meno symptoms apart from my periods becoming less regular (but my periods have always been unpredictable!)
