Itchy burning feet anyone?

I had this a few years ago - it stopped with the use of menthol cream. It’s obvious some sort of neuropathic issue. The drs weren’t bothered.
It came back recently- I have been experimenting with lowering my patch from 100 to 75- this isn’t working so well as the night sweats have come back sadly.
I wanted to try and lower as I don’t have to take so much norithisterone .
does anyone else have this burny feet issue? If so what has helped please?
Thanks🙂

Sorry, nothing helped, but I didn’t know it was hormone related at the time. I haven’t had any of the obvious symptoms, but all of the more obscure ones.

There was a radio program a day or two ago saying that we should use more hormonal medicines- the pill etc- to manage our hormone related problems. I wish I’d heard it years ago because I could have gone on the pill and avoided the decade of flooding and irregularity I put up with.

Thanks
It might have nothing to do with meno. I remember when I first got covid that I had neuropathy issues, A fiend of mine developed pernicious anemia and will need B12 shots for life. In Jan I had a horrible virus which felt felt covid like. I started getting tingly feet and couldn't feel my legs properly. I might try some b 12 and see if that helps- as well as upping the patches again.

My mum has swollen red itchy feet, was told years ago to only wear leather shoes / cotton socks but it’s got much much worse. She went to the gp last week as it’s keeping her awake and he’s prescribed gabapentin which she starts next week. He also did bloods in case it was diabetes. She’s 75, I suggested hrt but he’s not offered that as an option.

I'm peri going on 10 years and I didn't have many hot flushes but I had horrible itchy burning feet for a long time. I still get it but only occasionally now. There were nights I wanted to literally chop my feet off.
