55 f still having periods. Current one ATM making me feel tired emotionally drained and not rested after 8 hours sleep.

What are they like? Mine are erratic (about to turn 53) but can be very heavy when they're here, and I get anaemic, which means I get tired and out of breath easily. (Currently waiting on blood tests again.) If you can fix any vitamin/mineral deficiencies, that will help. Magnesium is meant to be useful, too.

I can empathise and I’m 5 yrs behind at 50. It’s the unpredictability of it all. My week completely upended by my mood and energy levels through the floor. I hate it.
