Hi, am new to this board, as am new to peri menopause. What joy! Not!

Everything hurts - joints and muscles. Does this last? What helps?

I'm in the middle of perimenopause. I think. I hope!

The aching joints eased with light exercise and menopace supplements.

I still get twinges but not as bad as at the start of my perimenopause symptoms.

Do you have any other symptoms? How old are you?

Try oestrogen - game changer!

I take HRT, Collagen, and a few different vits. The only thing that stopped the ache was exercise, both cardio and strength training.

@HappyDaysAreAhead thanks, that’s good to know they eased for you. This is my first main symptom, I am 46. I think I have brain fog too, can’t find my words, completely forgot where something was in supermarket, generally foggy feeling.

I think I’ll try menopace.

I already exercise, but could do better.

I hear lots of women swear by HRT but I want to see what other symptoms develop first.

Thanks all.
