Early perimenopause? (36 YO)

I recently had blood tests for secondary infertility, FSH came back at 17.2, low FSH, low AMH, FAI 0.6. Advised to repeat in 3 months.

I've been experiencing for a few months now hot sweats at night, severe mood swings, hormonal acne and difficulty sleeping, could this be perimenopause? Is my GP likely to even consider that? Am I barking up the wrong tree?!

It is possible, I'm afraid. Sorry.

I got night sweats at around 37. I didn’t even work out what they were until years later. Was perimenopausal for just over 10 years.
