I’ve been on the Mirena coil plus estrogen pills for 9 months now. I’ve always been a size 12-14, but have gone up to a 14-16 for the first time in my life. I feel uncomfortable and not myself. This is despite me now walking to work and back which is about an extra 4-5 hours of walking a week. What is the best way to tackle this? I was wondering about trying Keto but very open to suggestion. Thank you!

Log on to MyFitnessPal and start tracking calories would be my advice, after working out your TDEE and reducing the calorie total by 20% to find a weight loss target. Calories at menopause age are a lot lower than you’d like them to be, so prepare for a shock!
