19 days HRT - to stop and not take progesterone

I have been on 1 pump estrogel for 19 days for anxiety issues. Supposed to start progesterone but delayed it for a holiday. Now I've been reading up on the all the side effects of progesterone and I really don't want to go through it. I used to get bad PMT and I also have a busy time at work the next few weeks and don't want tiredness, headaches, unexpected bleeding etc.

Can I just stop estrogel and revert back to low alcohol, mindfulness etc to help with the anxiety? Would it be risky to not start the progesterone - could I get a womb lining scan instead? Just thinking realistically after 19 days how elevated is the risk of womb cancer.

You can’t take the Oestrogel and not take progesterone, but for 19 days I think it would be fine.
I have a mirena coil for progesterone, low continuous dose, and apart from some spotting when it was put in I’ve had no problems. In fact it reduced my rages.
