Moved from sequi to conti - will symptoms improve?

I’m 46 and I’ve been on Evoril sequi for a couple of years but just been moved to Conti as I’ve had very little bleeding and she thought maybe it was unnecessary. Only been about 3 weeks but feeling really emotional and anxious and I’ve started early waking up and worrying again that I thought and hoped was a thing of the past. Should I give it an amount of time for my body to get used to it or ask to go back on sequi? She said I could if I wanted and not to suffer in silence but not sure how long it should take to adjust. Thanks for any advice.

I could have written this a couple of months ago. I struggled going from Evorel Sequi to Conti. I was so miserable and full of rage.
My GP moved me to Oestrogel and Utrogestan, but I didn't really improve it.
GP has been excellent and I'm now on a Femseven Conti patch and so much better. Only 3 weeks in, but much more myself.
